"Last week I had the pleasure of attending the 9:30 Arby class instructed by Tisha or as she is sometimes referred to as “T”.   As a student in that class she was fantastic role model for her classmates, as an instructor she is a credit to the “Boot Camp Brand”.  I have witnessed a seamless transition from student to instructor with outstanding results.  The class responds well to her.  The  lesson plans are well thought out and provide for a high intensity and a fast paced workout.  She is especially good with new boot campers." -JW
